How to Apply — RCFL Apprentice 2025-26
- Visit www.rcfltd.com.
- Click “RECRUITMENT” → “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 2025-26”.
- Open the advertisement & details and read all instructions carefully.
- Click “I Accept” → “Apply Online” to open the application form.
- Select posting location in dropdown “Posting At”: Trombay or Thal (once chosen, cannot be changed).
- Keep ready scanned photo (JPG/JPEG, Max 75 KB) and signature (JPG/JPEG, Max 25 KB).
- Fill the form completely and click “SAVE/SUBMIT”.
- On submission, your Application Form will be generated.
- Click “Print” to take a printout — required at joining/if shortlisted. No need to send the printout by post/email.
Note: Graduate/Technician Apprentices should register on NATS, and Trade Apprentices on NAPS before contract approval.
Selection Process
- Merit list based on qualifying % (with applicable reservation).
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Contract approval on respective portal (NATS/NAPS) — then joining.
- Tie-break: higher qualification / higher marks in preceding qualification.
