West Central Railway (WCR), Jabalpur has released the official notification for engagement of 2865 Act Apprentices for the year 2025-26 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Eligible candidates can apply online from 30 August 2025 to 29 September 2025. The selection will be made on the basis of merit prepared from 10th class marks and ITI trade marks. Selection Process
- Merit list based on average of 10th marks + ITI trade marks.
- Trade-wise, Division/Unit-wise and Community-wise merit list will be prepared.
- In case of tie: Older candidate preferred; if DOB same, candidate passing 10th earlier preferred.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification at respective divisions/units.
Training & Stipend
- Training Period: As per Apprentices Act, 1961 rules
- Stipend: As per Government of India norms
- No hostel facility; candidates must arrange their own accommodation
