Bank of Baroda BC Supervisor Eligibility Criteria
For Retired Bank EmployeesRetired officers (up to Chief Manager rank) of any PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative Bank.
Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and good track record.
Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience.
Maximum age for continuation: 65 years.
For Other CandidatesGraduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
Preference to higher qualifications (M.Sc IT/BE IT/MCA/MBA).
Age: 21–45 years at appointment; max continuation up to 65 years.
Other RequirementsCandidate must be from the same district (or adjoining if not available).
Proficiency in local language and dialect.
Police verification and KYC/CIBIL due diligence required.
Should have residence near Regional Office or Link branch.
