Selection Process
- Shortlisting as per eligibility (qualification/experience/age).

Pay Scale
Chief/Senior/Manager (BD/Environment/ICT/Legal): Consolidated ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (post-wise as above).
Contract period: 3 years, extendable by 2 years at MbPA discretion; service subject to contract rules and medical fitness.
