Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the official notification for Direct Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) General, DEPR and DSIM cadres for Panel Year 2025. Selection Process
- Phase-I Online Examination (General – 18 October 2025, DEPR/DSIM – 19 October 2025)
- Phase-II Online / Written Examination (General – 06 December 2025, DEPR/DSIM – 07 December 2025)
- Interview (Only shortlisted candidates after Phase-II will be called)
- Final Merit List will be prepared based on Phase-II and Interview performance.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹78,450/- per month in the pay scale of
₹78,450-4050(9)-114900-EB-4050(2)-123000-4650(4)-141600.
At present, initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA) are approximately ₹1,50,374/-.
They will also be entitled to allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance and others as per RBI rules.
